5. Which devices is AchievaFlow available on?

  • AchievaFlow is available on mobile devices, including Android and Apple (iOS), ensuring users can access support and stay on track wherever they are.

6. Is there a free version or a student discount?

  • Yes. AchievaFlow is free and will always remain free. Our purpose is to provide a service for the community without paywalls or hidden fees.

  • We are committed to ensuring full access for users, without requiring payment. Our revenue will come from other sources, allowing us to stay aligned with user needs without financial barriers.

7. How does AchievaFlow protect my privacy and data?

  • AchievaFlow protects user data through pseudonymization and anonymization techniques. Pseudonymization replaces identifiable information with non-identifiable references, while anonymization removes any personally identifiable data entirely.

  • This ensures that user information is handled in a way that prioritizes privacy and prevents identification.

8. How do I join the AchievaFlow community or Beta list?

  • You can join the AchievaFlow Beta list through our website and wait to be invited. As we are gradually expanding access, users are onboarded in phases.

  • If you are not selected immediately, don’t worry, this allows us to continue improving the product so you can access an even more refined experience soon.

11. Can I sync my existing Google or Apple Calendars?

  • There is currently a limitation: the system does not yet distinguish between what is a goal and what is not. As the product evolves, this capability will be enhanced to provide more intelligent interpretation and support.

12. What are "Micro-Goals" and how do they work in the app?

  • Micro-Goals are very small, actionable steps designed to help accomplish bigger outcomes over time. They act as a behavioral technique to make it easier to start and build consistency.

  • Instead of focusing on large tasks, AchievaFlow guides users to complete simple, repeatable actions, helping the brain get used to doing rather than avoiding. This reduces resistance, builds momentum, and supports long-term habit formation.

13. How does the app reward my progress without causing sensory overload?

  • AchievaFlow is still evolving in this area during Beta, but the goal is to provide clear, meaningful progress feedback without overstimulation.

  • The app focuses on progress tracking, summaries, and score-based insights, along with community elements that reinforce consistency. Instead of overwhelming users with constant notifications or intense feedback, the approach is to keep it calm, structured, and motivating.
